i ate half a slice of cake fr brkfast yesy, no lunch and abit of dinner. thn tdae morning no brkfast. i guess tt's y gastric pain. thx Clarice for the medicine! :DD although i still dont really know how to swallow them= ='' almost choked on it when i tried.
